Thanks to BiomedTalk and Jeff Ruest for the following information on PM procedure for OR tables.
I used to be a service rep for OR tables. I can think of a few things that should be done on most OR tables. With white lithium grease (not from a spray can), lubricate all gears and or slides that can be seen/accessed without a complete disassembly. Apply the same grease to the hydraulic hoses that are constantly moving to prevent wear and tear from rubbing. Check the hydraulic fluid level, usually done while the bed is in the "Home" position, and fill as necessary (with OEM approved fluid). Tighten or ensure hydraulic fittings are tightened to specs. Run the unit to each of it's extremes to verify proper operation and that there are no leaks. There always tends to be some fluid in the base of these beds for whatever reason, clean this up as much as possible. There are pressure and speed specifications that should be verified but they differ from table to table. Obviously each OEM will have specific recommendations, but these are some procedures to start with.
